what did you do to mod the muffler? i just found a model 36 in a thrift store for $12.91. ha i couldn’t belive it. a little carb tune, new plug and gas. it was good to go. ha they had the chain on backwards too. hard to find deals like this.let me know about the muffler mod.

Wood ported is when it’s ported to be a more powerfull “worksaw” and not anything like a “racesaw”.

What is wood ported? I find lots of stuff on ported and polished saws…but no info on exactly how. Any help would be great. I got a 61 husky, a 36 husky, and a 345 husky. Thanks.
